Abs Roller Exercises

Using the Abs Roller (a small two wheeled free wheeling exercise machine, pictured below),

perform 10 roll-outs





straight in front of you,







next roll out at 45 degrees and







finally sideways

from your hips on each side. Remember to keep your knees pointed forwards for each change in angle. Roll out as far as feels comfortable, however each time try to push that little bit further forward. Concentrate on using only your abdominal muscles to pull the Ab Roller back towards you
